The Lang Store: a private company established under Dutch law, based in Diepenheim (The Netherlands) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number 32059328, trading under the trade name THE LANG STORE

Site: the website and all of its sub-domains.

User: any individual visitor to the Site or recipient of specific content such as ads, e-mail or newsletters in relation to / the Lang Store.

The Site is subject to Dutch law. The information on this Site is offered on an ‘as is’ basis. This means that The Lang Store does not provide any guarantees or accept any liability regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site. Under no circumstances will Lang Store or its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any claims for compensation arising from access to or use of the Site. 

Under no circumstances will The Lang Store be liable for any damage resulting from any loss resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use, function or performance of the Site, or any services in connection therewith, or any contents contained therein, unless such damage was approximately caused by the gross negligence or an intentional act of The Lang Store and/or its contractors.

5. Order Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating reasons. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your complete order and you will then be credited with the full order amount including delivering charges. However, you need to pay the dispatch costs from your home to our warehouse, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the ordered product(s) with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to: Lang Store Returns, 75 Green Street, 01510 Clinton MA. To exercise this right you can contact us via We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

6. Complaints


There is a possibility that something might happen which is not  according to plan. We recommend that you first disclose any complaints by mailing us at As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
